As of the latest bukkit or whatever update you guys did recently, the IC Signs are currently not working.

It also appears that Lottery countdown is resetting each time server restarts.

Towny is being stupid, wont let me place my homeblock back in the original town area. Therefore I cant place the spawn.
Keeps saying [Towny] This area is too close to another town,
Yet there is no other town nearby.
Sorry I am nothing but a problem finder it seems.
Just another thing to add to the list that the bukkit update broke.

Thank you for the bug reports. I'll have to look into them maybe there are updates for these plugins.
Craftbook (the plugin that makes the ICs possible hasn't been updated since RB1080 (~MC β1.6) we've been using it since then essentially on borrowed time. I'll have to see if they have the source available and maybe KoolSource can take over the plugin development.
I'll have to look into the lottery plugin and see if there is a new release or possibly just a config switch that got messed up.
Towny is an extremely complex plugin (as you probably already know). The homeblock setting might just be a temporary bug that the plugin developer will fix in the near future.
Thanks Again,
John

You might consider disabling Lottery until a fixed can be made, as people lose money when it resets and they buy tickets. I saw 16attackcow buy 5 tickets and it reset shows he has no tickets now and the winner is the same before it started resetting, so obviously he lost a bit of kredits.
As for the IC signs, hopefully that would be good. Otherwise I am going to need to change how some stuff works. lol
Yeah, Towny is definitely quite complex. Although I know quite a bit about it now, I still got a bit to learn.
