When i lived in oblivion i was tired of living in a desert. So i moved to Ridgecrect and and when i was going to destroy my house jakedrivin (the owner of oblivion) kicked me from the town and then logged out. Since i built my house and didnt have it premade, would this be considered stealing?

no it wouldn't be considered stealing but i guess he should let you take what belongs to you first.

also he built over my shops so i cant get out my stuff out of them. this is copied from the rules site.
