Gold. Is it really worth that little?

I understand gold is worthless in minecraft, but what about in real life? Gold in America is worth around $1,500. Gold is also pretty rare in minecraft. I think gold should be worth more. Reasons: 1 its rare, 2 it mines fast, 3 in real life gold is worth a whole lot! You should make gold at least 5 Kredits

Gold is a little bit less rare now. Since you can kill Zombie pigmen now and get gold nuggets, which 9 gold nuggets make 1 bar/ingot. it would be very easy getting gold this way.

i agree with both people gold does need to be more even though its a little easier to find but raise the price.

correction gold is worth around $1750 an oz in the U.S.
