Today a was banned and never really told why i was. it said stealing from moderater. but no one ever siad who he was.
and what every it was that i stole i will glady give it back.

You stole out of my house and blew up a creepers in it. Stealing is wrong regardless whom you steal from but stealing from staff just adds fuel to the fire.

The fact is you stole. The point is I do not care if you are willing to give the items back. Its the fact that you have been on koolsource long enough to know we do not tolerate griefing or stealing of any level on the server. Just because you offer to give it back to me doesn't mean it's all okay. You knew what you were doing when you took the items and you only offer to give them back now because you got caught. STEALING IS STEALING.


-Any admin can delete this post. I'm so tired of everyone on the server doing the same thing as this guy. An example needs to be set. I wash my hands of this.

this is the first time i have stole, i know that stealing is not right. but really you just ban me like that . i didnt blow up your house i took clay. witch was not right but. like you said you could spawn millions of daimonds. unlike me and every one else how has to find it legit. so im sorry that i stole and if you unban
me ill never steal again and if i do. ban me and never unban me. i have played on lots of servers and this had to be the best one. am truely sorry for this.

Oh i appreciate you telling you that you stole clay from me as well as the Jack o Laterns that I thought was all you stole. Seems you have stolen more then one time.

also like you said i have been on the sever i long time. when i did steal those it was when i was new and exploring not looking for your house. when i found it i was like
OMG and when i went in side and saw that the chest were unlocked i took the clay. an i never used it its still in my chests . and finally if you never unban me i want my stuff to go to epicmoose 467 because he has help me a lot

im sorry but if you dont what to be griefed LOCK YOUR CHESTS. if you dont then its like a trap any one new sees the chests and takes it. then they get banned. you just set up a trap and ban people.

1.8 changed chests and unlocked chests. It was not a trap they were all pass protected before that updated. Even so you should not have stolen. I personally do not trust you enough to let you back on the server. Ill let the admins decide though.

I personally don't think they should unban you. There is something we like to call.. COMMON SENSE. For people who actually have it they know that they shouldn't steal. You and many other people seem to lack this and do things that you shouldn't do. They've also been banned for such stupid things because they too lacked common sense.

i dont really care if i get unbaned now that have seen some of the stuff people have been banned for like. crosing one ot deano's lakes of lava with dirt . yes he did get unbaned . but really rebal even said that he wouuld ban someone if they stole one wood plank. now if you followed every rule. everyone should be banned. because you cant build withen 20 blocks of someone else now in every city all of those are with in 20 blocks. so if you let that rule go than what is the point of the rules.

Seriously... Another person who doesn't bother to read before responding. COMMON SENSE. It is common sense to not take what isn't yours. It is not our fault that you lack common sense and decide to do stupid stuff. Since you don't care if you get unbanned or not. You will stay banned.

Please take not of everything I just underlined/bolded for you. Now please note the Koolsource rules you agree to when you join the server: No Stealing is specifically listed on there. In addition, you OPENLY ADMITTED you stole, then OPENLY ADMITTED it was wrong. If it was wrong and you admit doing it, you're already breaking the rules twice over in that respect - Once for doing it, and once for knowing it was wrong in the first place.

In cities and towns, it is up to the "Owner" of the town (For example, in Edda, which is Amanda's town, she has plots for each building you plan on placing. If you wish to build elsewhere, you must ask her to do such) to enforce rules. Some places allow tighter groupings to make it feel more like a town than a suburb. It would be much the same as building with someone else in an agreeance to have a double-house instead of building seperate.

As for the stealing - If you want to have an attitude over stealing, admitting it was wrong, and basially throwing a fit over it, I think you should stay banned.

i dont care. i thought this sever was amazning. and now i see most of the moderators have no idea what they are talking about. i used to recommened this server to friends .but now i will never make that mistake
again.

It's your loss not ours. It's not our fault that you chose to steal, fully knowing it was against the rules. We know what we are doing, if we didn't then we wouldn't be mods now would we? See if you can find a server other than this one who even has a single mod or admin who knows what they're doing. I highly doubt you will find another server with mods and admins half as competent as the ones we have here. Once again, it's your loss.
